The Honourable Nichole Overall is an award-winning Queanbeyan-based journalist, author, social historian and New South Wales parliamentarian who has called the Monaro region home since the 1980s.

Originally from Griffith, Overall completed a Communications degree at the University of Canberra and has since worked across a range of print and electronic media platforms and established a successful small business in Queanbeyan. She has also been involved in numerous community groups in the Monaro region.

In 2013, to mark its 175th anniversary, Nichole authored the award-winning social and pictorial history Queanbeyan: City of Champions.
