Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper, Black Inc.
Reports to: Samara Ogden (Finance Manager), Caitlin Yates (CEO),
Hours: Part-time - 18 hours per week
Location: Collingwood, and/or WFH and remote options by negotiation
Start date: ASAP
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Black Inc is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper to support our finance manager by handling daily tasks like data entry, processing invoices (accounts payable/receivable), reconciling bank statements, requiring strong MYOB and Excel proficiency, great organisational skills and accuracy and efficiency.
• Entering payable invoices (MYOB AccountRight)
• Bank account, credit card reconciliations (MYOB AccountRight)
• Import of all distributor income monthly (MYOB AccountRight)
• Answering invoice and accounts queries, with support from Finance Manager
