Returns & Refunds
In line with Australian Consumer Law, we are not in a position to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, or if the wrong item has been sent to you, we will happily organise a replacement. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and an indication of any damage.

Black Inc. makes every effort to ensure fast delivery. This can range from 2-15 days.
Once items are lodged with Australia Post, Black Inc. cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. If you experience delays, first check with your local Australia Post office. If you do not receive your order within three weeks, please contact us.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate details for delivery. Black Inc. is not responsible for orders that are not delivered if the address you provided is incorrect.

Q: When will my credit card be charged if I order online?
A: Your credit card will be charged when you complete your order. If there are any price changes or an item is unavailable, we will contact you before your order is shipped.
Q: Do you accept all credit cards for online orders?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We don’t accept debit cards or Diners Club cards.
Q: My order is going to a different shipping address. Can I still get a tax invoice?
A: Yes, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will arrange a tax invoice to be sent out to you.
