Bob Brown, Australian Environmentalist and former Leader of the Australian Greens, and once resident of Trunkey Creek, joins us for this special event.

From a seedling to forest elder, THE GIANTS interweaves Bob Brown’s extraordinary life with the story of the ancient forests he is fighting for, featuring award winning cinematography and stunning animation.

3.30pm – Defiance: Bob Brown in conversation

Bob Brown joins Jen Barry on the BMEC stage to talk about his book, Defiance. Drawing on his experiences celebrating and defending nature, Bob shares stories to galvanise, uplift and inspire.
