Matt Lloyd-Cape is a social research and policy expert. For 25 years he has worked in international NGOs, trade unions, universities and think tanks in many different parts of the world. In 2022, he became the founding director of the Centre for Equitable Housing at the think tank Per Capita, where he is now the principal fellow.
